Pricing
One subscription covers your whole family — every child you add, all of the practice, teaching and progress reports.
The first week is free. Sign in and your family has seven days of the whole thing at no cost. We take no card to start it, so nothing charges automatically and there is nothing to cancel. When the week ends, a child can still play four rounds each visit for free. One of the plans below is what makes sittings full length again.
The Practice Promise
If practice stops, so does the bill.
- If nobody in your family plays for 14 days in a row, we take no further payment. We email you first, then pause the subscription. It stays paused until a child plays again.
- A yearly subscription works the same way. If nobody has played for 14 days in a row when the renewal comes round, it does not renew. This stops future payments rather than returning a period you have already paid for.
- When a child plays again, the subscription starts again from that day and we email you to say so. You do not have to set anything up again.

1. How billing works
- Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The monthly plan is £5 and the annual plan is £50.
- The free week is not a trial you have to cancel: no card is taken for it, so a subscription only ever begins when you pick a plan and pay.
- It is a recurring subscription: the monthly plan renews every month and the annual plan renews every year, automatically, until you cancel.
- Payments are taken by Paddle, our merchant of record, who handle the checkout and appear on your card or bank statement.
2. Tax
For UK families the price includes VAT: £5 a month and £50 a year are what you pay, with nothing added at checkout.
Paddle, as merchant of record, calculates and applies any VAT or sales tax due for your country at checkout, so the tax shown there is what applies to you. Your Paddle receipt itemises any tax charged.
3. Cancelling and refunds
- You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- If Numbersaurus is not right for your family, ask within 14 days of a payment for a full refund — see the Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
4. Price changes
If we change the price, the new price applies only from your next renewal and we will email you first so you can cancel beforehand if you wish. Full terms are in the Terms & Conditions.
